The App

The actual GUUD Society service (including matching, Date Drops, photo review, payments, and in-person date logistics) is provided through the mobile app. Use of the app is governed by the app’s separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are presented when you download and create an account. These website terms do not govern the app.

Eligibility

The Site and the app are intended for people 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18.

No Accounts or Transactions on the Site

You cannot create an account, submit photos, take quizzes, or make payments through this Site. Any purchase of app access (Signal or Signature) or the physical Starter Pack occurs inside the app or through a separate checkout linked from the app.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by GUUD Society or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site.
• Use the Site to promote competing services or to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to the Apple App Store, Google Play, and may contain links to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site or about the future availability of the app. Descriptions of how the app works are summaries only; the app’s own terms and in-app disclosures control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GUUD Society is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
